Who we are
This website is operated by JVCO Solutions (“we”, “us”). Contact: jvyverman@jvcosolutions.com.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you submit the demo form we receive the name, company, email, phone, team size and message you type. We use it only to reply to you and arrange a demo. Please do not include patient information.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and records aggregate page views and referrers without identifying individual visitors. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, so this site shows no cookie banner.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and reliability for a limited period.
How we use and share it
We use demo-request details to contact you. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email (hosting and transactional email), each bound by their own terms, and when the law requires it.
Retention
Demo-request emails are kept as long as we have an ongoing conversation with you, then deleted on request or within a reasonable time.
Your choices
Email jvyverman@jvcosolutions.com to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us through this site.
Patient data
This website never handles patient data. Protected health information lives only inside the Vital Dispatch application, under the Business Associate Agreement we sign with each client.
