Why office software fails in the field

Med-spa software assumes a room and a front desk. Your nurse is in a car.

Office med-spa platforms are excellent for a fixed location. Every assumption they make breaks the moment the provider travels to the patient.

Everything in one app

Eight modules. One patient record. Zero copy-paste.

Every visit, note, consent, photo and message hangs off the same record. Dispatch sees the board; nurses see their lane; reviewers see what needs a signature.

  • Dispatch board and calendar

Assign, track and reschedule every visit in real time.

  • Online booking with a service-area gate

Patients book online; out-of-area addresses never reach the board.

  • Nurse charting on a phone

Append-only, signed records with a full review chain.

  • E-consents texted to the patient

Versioned templates, signed on the patient's own phone.

  • Team chat built in

Channels, @mentions and push, with no PHI in the notification.

  • Staff credentials and training

Expiry reminders, automatic lockout, quizzes and progress.

  • Supply ordering and QuickBooks

Nurses order supplies; the office gets paid through QuickBooks.

  • Notifications inbox and installable app

Push to the phone, an inbox in the app, no app store required today.

How it works

Book. Dispatch. Chart. Review.

  1. 01

    Book

The patient books online, or dispatch keys it in. The service-area gate and nurse availability decide what can be offered.

  2. 02

    Dispatch

Round-robin or a tap assigns a nurse. She gets a push, taps en route, taps arrived. The board updates live.

  3. 03

    Chart

Vitals, treatment, consent, photos and signature on the nurse's phone in the patient's home. Sign once; it locks.

  4. 04

    Review

A reviewer signs off, the owner approves, the medical director draws a 10% sample. Every step is on the record.
